Get Involved
Many fans have asked how they can get involved to help
the team achieve its goal of building a new world-class stadium
in the Bay Area by 2012. The San Francisco 49ers appreciate your
support. Here are a few ways you can help:
- Sign
up to receive email updates from the team about our plans
for a new stadium.
- Ask 3 friends to sign up for e-mail updates from the team.
- If you live in the city of Santa Clara, contact
us if you would
like to participate in a neighborhood chat in your community.
A 49ers representative will visit your home and have a conversation
about our plans for a new stadium with you and your neighbors
and friends.
- Send an e-mail to the Mayor of Santa Clara and the City Council
to tell them you support the effort to study the feasibility
of a new stadium.
- Join the team in opposition to SB
49, a bill proposed by a Senator
in California that would create a 75-mile "no-49ers Stadium
Zone" and make it virtually impossible for the team to stay
in the Bay Area.
- Write a letter to the editor of your local paper to tell them
why you support our efforts to build a new stadium.
a fact sheet with more information about the team's stadium plans
in Santa Clara. Please help us by distributing it to your friends
and neighbors.
- Create a profile on 49ersFaithful.net to
tell us why you support our efforts to build a new stadium. Then
link to "SupportOurNiners" and
other stadium supporters to create a virtual network.
- Link to
SupportOurNiners from your web site or blog.
- Join representatives from the 49ers and
voice your support at a future meeting of the Santa Clara City
Council. Click here for
more information about upcoming City Council meetings.
